Onward is thrilled to promote, celebrate, and collaborate with artists whose work aligns with Onward’s mission of creating community and stoking joy in and deep connection with the natural world.
During the year-long artist residency, selected artists will be invited to pursue their work in conversation with the natural world and sacred spaces of Catalina Island while helping engage the local community and Onward’s broader COMMUNITY.
Throughout the residency, as part of their lasting gift to the community, Residents will help shape and cultivate the energy of the OnwARD OCEANS CENTER through meaningful artistic, aesthetic, and experiential additions and projects.
